Dennis J. Hogan has been appointed controller of Elsinore Aerospace Services, a Newport Beach commercial aviation services company. He will be responsible for all accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, and treasury functions. Previously, Hogan was chief financial officer for Data Line Service Co. and controller for American Restaurant Group and ABI American Businessphones. In addition, he has served in a financial capacity with Flying Tiger Line Inc. and as senior director of financial planning and treasury operations for AirCal Inc.
