World IN BRIEF : ISRAEL : 2 Palestinians Killed in Gaza Strip Clash

Israeli soldiers shot and killed two Palestinian youths in the occupied Gaza Strip after an Israeli soldier was shot and slightly wounded. Twenty-five other Palestinians were also wounded in the clash, according to Arab reporters. The outburst was the latest in the most violent month since Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was elected in June and brought the month’s death toll to eight soldiers and 14 Palestinians.
