A six-member jury was picked in Seattle to determine the validity of a release agreement signed by a woman who contends she was raped in 1990 by a dozen Cincinnati Bengal players.
The document, acknowledging receipt of $30,000, was signed by the woman in October of 1991, about a year after the alleged assault at a Seattle-area hotel.
