Management Firms Grow: Even so, owners of apartment buildings are walking away from management headaches.
Management companies are getting bigger, including those in Orange County. According to the National Multi Housing Council, two Orange County companies made the list of the top 50 multifamily housing managers. Professional Community Management in Lake Forest, with 30,819 units, ranked 20th, and Western National Group in Orange, with 22,500 units, placed 39th. Both held higher spots on the list than a year earlier.
