WORLD IN BRIEF : ITALY : Mother Teresa Falls, Breaks Three Ribs

Mother Teresa broke three ribs in a fall and will probably be hospitalized for more than a week, her doctor said. The Nobel Peace Prize laureate tripped while going to a chapel on the outskirts of Rome. Last year, she was also hospitalized during a visit to Rome. Before that, she was treated for three weeks in La Jolla, Calif., for pneumonia and heart problems.
