Thanks for Taking On ‘Meter Madness’ Issue

* Many thanks to Scott Harris for highlighting the “meter madness” in Studio City (May 4).
As he pointed out, it’s a difficult and confusing issue but one certainly impacting the residents and merchants of Studio City.
I must also thank him for finally answering the question: “Has permit parking been approved for Studio City?” I guess I was rather naive to think that approval and processing of this Studio City Residents Assn. request would only take 18 months.
After all, our request for a public parking structure to relieve parking congestion on residential streets has only been in the works for decades.
Who ever said “good things come to those that wait”?
