Cultural Politics: A legal affair that has stunned the art world will be the subject of “The Politics of Culture” today at 12:25 p.m. on KCRW (89.9 FM). In a half-hour program produced by Sarah Spitz and moderated by critic Peter Clothier, Time magazine art critic Robert Hughes, Newsweek’s Peter Plagens and Josine Ianco Starrels, former director of Los Angeles’ Municipal Art Gallery, will air their views on County Museum of Art curator Maurice Tuchman’s lawsuit challenging his recent reassignment.
