Millard Drexler Named Chief Operating Officer: Gap Inc., continuing the realignment of its business into divisions, said Drexler, who is also president of the San Francisco-based apparel company, succeeds Robert J. Fisher, who becomes executive vice president and chief financial officer. The company announced several other management changes, including naming David M. DeMattei president of the Banana Republic division; Patricia DeRosa president of the Gapkids division; Richard M. Lyons president of the Gap division, and William S. Fisher president of the international division.
