Giving Up Tickets, Giving Up on Clippers

My Clipper season-ticket renewal statement came in the mail recently.

I have great seats--but I won’t be renewing them this year.

I first purchased the seats when Danny Manning signed a few years back, but since then I have seen only a glimmer of hope for this team.

Let’s face it, after all is said and done, everything comes from the top, so it’s clear to me that Donald Sterling has done a very poor job of running this team. I’m deeply saddened, but I can’t sit through another season of unhappy coaches and players.

Wake up, Mr. Sterling. Sell the team. Things are bad enough in L.A.
