* Takashi Kiuchi, chairman and chief executive of Mitsubishi Electronics America Inc., has been selected to become chairman of the firm’s holding company, Mitsubishi Electric America, which has 1,150 employees in Orange County. Kiuchi succeeds Tatsuya Sugiura, who returns to Tokyo to become managing director of Mitsubishi Electric Techno Service.
