Gary Horowitz has been named president and chief executive of Harmony Holdings Inc., replacing Stuart Gross.
Before taking the helm of the Burbank-based producer of television commercials and music videos, Horowitz had been president and chief executive of LA Weekly Inc., publishers of the alternative weekly newspaper. Previously, Horowitz co-founded Wakeford/Orloff Inc., a television commercial production company.
Harmony also said Robert Lieberman had resigned from the board, although he will continue to direct commercials for the company.
