Mouth2Mouth, a new national magazine targeted to teen-agers of both sexes, will be based in Beverly Hills. It is to be published by Time Inc. and plans to draw on high school and college students from Orange and Los Angeles counties for some of its material. The preview issue of Mouth2Mouth is expected to hit the stands in March. It is Time Inc.’s first West Coast venture.
