Forward Sean Elliott of the Detroit Pistons apparently will be cleared to play in Tuesday night’s game against the Washington Bullets.

An examination of Arizona’s University Medical Center cleared Elliott, who has a kidney ailment, to play after doctors in Detroit and Houston had disagreed.
