POSTER BOY: The news hasn’t been all bad lately for Laguna Beach author Theodore Taylor. His ex-wife is suing for part of the profits from his new book, “Timothy of the Cay,” which includes leading characters from his 1969 bestseller “The Cay.” But Taylor is also featured on the new, annual county poster promoting local libraries. . . . The Orange County Public Library had to drop the poster due to serious budget problems, but the Friends of the Library Foundation picked up the tab. The poster’s unveiling is Sunday.
