Cigna Gets New President: Cigna HealthCare of California has named Leslie Margolin to the post. Margolin had been acting president of Cigna’s statewide health care operations since the resignation in November of President Mark Wagar, who recently was named general manager of Mullikin Medical Centers, a Long Beach-based medical group. Margolin, 39, will also assume the title of general manager of the Glendale-based company’s Southern California operations.
