DEAR SOS: My parents love going to an Argentine restaurant where they serve a sauce called chimichurri that is used for grilled and roasted meats. Is it possible to print a recipe?

DEAR REBECCA: Argentine chimichurri is a spiced parsley sauce that is also wonderful--and different--on barbecued chicken and seafood.
CHIMICHURRI
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried chile flakes
Salt, pepper
Mince garlic and onion. Whisk together vinegar and oil in bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, chile flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Let stand several hours.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
