The Ventura City Council is scheduled Monday to take a final vote on road improvements and other construction work done by the developer of a recently completed housing project in east Ventura.
The builder, Stonehedge Partners, has completed all the required public improvements, including street construction, storm drains, water and sewer lines in the area surrounding the facility, Rick Raives, a city engineer, said.
The 52 single-family houses are near Telegraph Road and Petit Avenue.
The city approved construction of the housing project in 1990.
