CAMARILLO : Couple to Donate $100,000 to Hospitals

A Camarillo couple will donate more than $100,000 to St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital’s Endowment Fund, officials said.
Dr. James Deen and his wife, Eva, made the deferred donation early this month to the endowment fund, which benefits both St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital in Camarillo and St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard.
It is the first major donation to the foundation, officials said.
