Bad Weather Halts 2nd Aid Airlift in Sierra Leone

FREETOWN, Sierra Leone — Bad weather Sunday grounded a second airlift of food to thousands of people starving to death in southern and eastern Sierra Leone after rebel attacks cut off supplies.
The medical charity Doctors Without Borders said its staff was consolidating feeding and health facilities in the town of Kenema, 200 miles southeast of the capital.
