Oxnard 27, Camarillo 9--Junior quarterback Bryan Spencer completed 10 of 13 passes for 124 yards and a touchdown, and rushed five times for 38 yards to lead the Yellowjackets at Oxnard.
Senior wide receiver Jaques Lee leaped for an 11-yard touchdown reception with 3:08 remaining in the third quarter to extend Oxnard’s lead to 12-3.
Chris Vera, junior defensive back, stripped Camarillo running back David Lightfoot at the Camarillo 37 and raced for a 37-yard score with 1:50 remaining in the third quarter, extending the lead to 20-3.
Oxnard junior Russ Randolph caught six passes for 91 yards. Camarillo Joe Borchard completed seven of 21 passes for 106 yards.
