Ojai Oil Co. Purchases Ventura Office Building

A bank-owned office building in Ventura has been sold to Ojai Oil Co., based in Oxnard, for nearly $2 million.
Ojai Oil purchased the building on Eastman Avenue from Ventura County National Bank for $1.9 million.
The buyer will use the structure as an investment, according to CB Commercial Real Estate Group, which represented Ojai.
Current tenants of the two-story, 23,000-square-foot building include ReMax Gold Coast Realtors, Norwest Financial and Goleta National Bank.
