Dahl-Davis Moves to New Westlake Village Site

Dahl-Davis Inc., a property management company, has moved from Agoura Road to Corsa Avenue in Westlake Village.
Established 30 years ago, Dahl-Davis has been in the Westlake Village area for more than 18 years. The company provides management services to homeowners associations, home builders and commercial projects.
The firm is occupying more than 3,500 square feet in the Westlake Office Court. CB Commercial Real Estate Group represented both Dahl-Davis and the building’s owner, Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co., in negotiating a long-term lease.
