Man Fatally Shot; Attacker Unknown

HUNTINGTON BEACH — A 33-year-old man died Monday after he was shot in the head and left sprawled on a street.
Crilio Perez Salgado of Huntington Beach died of his wound at 6:50 a.m. at UCI Medical Center in Orange, police said.
The motive for the shooting was unknown.
“We don’t know a lot right now,” Lt. Dan Johnson said. “We have no suspect information or suspect vehicle information, so we’re really just getting started on this one.”
Officers responded to a call of shots fired and a man down in the 17400 block of Koledo Lane about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
They found Salgado lying unconscious with a single bullet wound to his head.
