SEASON AT A GLANCE: A 6-foot-3 forward, Burrell has scored 676 points, the most of any boys’ player in the region. He averages 30.7 points, about 10 points better than in his junior season, when he helped the Bulldogs finish 21-7 and place second in the Golden League. Burrell, who also averages five rebounds, likely will repeat as an All-Southern Section selection.
