A man accused of two abortion clinic slayings was removed struggling and shouting from the courtroom during his murder trial after he threw over a table and demanded the right to address the press. John C. Salvi III, 23, is accused of killing two women and wounding five other people in a shooting spree at two Boston-area abortion clinics in December 1994. The outburst occurred during jury selection on the third day of his trial in Norfolk Superior Court.
