Woodbridge 67, Sunny Hills 61--Chris Burgess playing a little more than a half because of foul trouble, but he led all scorers with 18 points and had 10 rebounds for Woodbridge (22-6). Brandon Beeson added 10 points and 12 rebounds, and William Stovall scored 15. Sean Granillo led Sunny Hills (10-17) with 16 points.

Woodbridge will play Yucaipa in the second round.

Santa Margarita 57, Loara 41--Allen Krist had 21 points and 13 rebounds and Dennis Keane added 13 points and six steals for host Santa Margarita (19-6), which advances to play Canyon.

Canyon 45, Mission Viejo 39--William Byrd scored 20 points and Bryan Walker added 16 for Canyon (21-6). Donald Williams had 13 for Mission Viejo (11-16).

Cypress 58, Manhattan Beach Mira Costa 37--Chad Boberg scored 15 points and his teammates combined for eight three-pointers for Cypress (23-4). Wes Bunn made three three-point baskets and finished with 14 points. Cypress will play Murrieta Valley, a 73-69 winner over Etiwanda.

San Clemente 45, Cerritos Gahr 40--Semaj Johnson scored nine of his 16 points in the fourth quarter as San Clemente (16-11) outscored Gahr, 20-12, to overcome a three-point deficit. San Clemente plays North Torrance, a 57-54 winner over Whittier La Serna.

Riverside North 64, Dana Hills 50--The third-seeded Huskies (19-6) had little trouble against Dana Hills (12-14), advancing to play Calexico, a 65-55 winner over Whittier California.
