Valencia, which finished second in the relatively weak Orange League, has faced tougher competition in the Division III playoffs, but the Tigers have responded well. Eatherton has been especially productive, scoring three of the teams four goals in two victories last week. Wednesday, she scored the game-winner in a 2-1 wild-card victory over Cerritos Gahr. Saturday, she scored both goals, including the winner with three minutes left, in a 2-1 victory over Palm Springs.

* El Dorado, junior. Scored school-record 32 points with six three-pointers in a 62-56 victory over La Puente Bishop Amat in a II-A playoff game.
Robyn Templeton
* Foothill, junior. Scored 27 in a 52-49 victory over Loara and 20 in a 63-50 victory over 63-50 over Trabuco Hills in the Division II-AA playoffs.
Soccer
Trisha Steiner
* Mater Dei, senior. Scored three goals in a 3-1 victory over Woodbridge in a Division I playoff game.
