Students’ Deaths

In reading the article on Feb. 11 about the tragic deaths of these two promising USC students from drug overdose, I cannot help but ask that if illegal drugs are so readily available on our streetcorners, where in the world are our police that they don’t jail these dealers? Is it that the cops are simply stupid, or that they are indifferent?
