GT Bicycles Inc.: The Santa Ana designer and manufacturer of bicycles, which completed its initial public offering in October, recorded a net loss last year of $284,000, or 4 cents a share, including nonrecurring charges of $6.8 million in the fourth quarter. The company posted a profit of $882,000, or 12 cents a share, for 1994. Sales gained 16%, to $168.9 million from $145.7 million. In the fourth quarter, GT Bicycles had a net loss of $1.5 million, or 17 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $759,000, or 11 cents a share, for the 1994 fourth quarter. Sales grew 12%, to $48.9 million from $43.7 million.
