Three people were arrested in the fatal shooting of a Dutch tourist at a Miami gas station after police pieced together several tips. Two 16-year-olds and 20-year-old Barry Chandler were charged with first-degree murder and robbery, Metro-Dade police said. Chandler is also charged with possession of firearms by a convicted felon. Police refused to give details about how they found the three suspects, saying only that some 300 phone calls and tips from the public helped in the investigation. Tosca Dieperink, 39, was shot Friday morning after she and her husband, Gerri-Jan Dieperink, stopped their rental car at a gasoline station to ask directions.
