Rim Rats, Others: As the gateway to the Pacific Rim, California is well positioned to profit from the rapid growth of Asian markets. But the world has other economies too. Firms interested in learning about overseas trade prospects are invited to a briefing by representatives from the Europe, Mexico, Israel, South Africa, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices of the California Trade and Commerce Agency.
