A city zoning official will hold public hearings on a number of applications for city permits in the next few weeks, including a proposed cellular phone antenna in Van Nuys and a proposed expansion of the Northridge Christian Church.
The applications include requests for:
* A conditional-use permit to replace the existing Northridge Christian Church with a larger, two-story building containing a 370-seat sanctuary, classrooms and offices.
The project would also include a new parking garage and an additional building housing offices, classrooms and recreation facilities.
The church is located at 18901 Chatsworth St. in Northridge.
The hearing will be on March 25.
* A conditional-use permit to build a 45-foot-high cellular phone antenna at 5650 Van Nuys Blvd. in Van Nuys.
The hearing will be on March 29.
