Arleta : Pacoima Man Shot to Death Outside Bar

A Pacoima man was shot to death outside an Arleta bar early Tuesday, police said.
Ernesto Reyes, 26, was shot once in the upper body at about 1:20 a.m. in the parking lot of Dohinkys Bar at 8929 Woodman Ave., Det. Dan Dejarnette of the LAPD’s Van Nuys Division said.
Reyes was taken to Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Panorama City, where he died 40 minutes later, police said. Bar patrons heard several shots and went outside to find Reyes on the ground, police said.
Dejarnette said witnesses saw two people get into a gray Thunderbird and drive away.
