Exhibition to Explore Film and Architecture

Sketches, paintings, photographs and film clips that illustrate the relationship between film and architecture will be displayed at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences starting Tuesday to June 9.
Films as diverse in style and period as “The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari” (1919) to “Blade Runner” (1982) are on display at the academy, 8949 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills.
Academy gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends, noon to6 p.m.
