State of the Art Announces Joint Venture

IRVINE — State of the Art Inc., a maker of accounting programs for computers and computer networks, said it has formed a “strategic” venture with accounting and consulting firm BDO Seidman LLP to market, sell and support a line of the Irvine firm’s software. Terms were not disclosed.
