Nation IN BRIEF : TEXAS : Group Will Pay for Molester’s Surgery

A paroled child molester who said he may kill his next victim unless he is castrated signed a contract with a victims’ group that agreed to pay for the surgery. Larry Don McQuay signed the document in San Antonio, at a private prison facility where he is being held, said Pam Lychner, president of the group known as Justice for All. She told reporters it was not yet known when McQuay would get castrated, but said “he’s very anxious to have this done.”
