Obituaries : Murray Neftin; Car Dealership Executive

Murray Neftin, chief executive officer of Neftin Westlake Car Co., has died at the age of 67.
Neftin, who moved to Idaho with his wife, Carol, in 1994, died in his sleep Tuesday.
He established Neftin Westlake Volvo 20 years ago with his children, accomplishing a lifelong dream. He remained active in the family business in Westlake Village.
Neftin had a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UCLA.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, three sons and two grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Mortuary of Westlake Village.
