Geneva Leona Archibald, a longtime Ventura County resident, has died in an Ojai convalescent home after a long illness. She was 92.
Archibald, who died Monday, was born June 13, 1903, in Oklahoma Territory and had resided in Ventura County since 1944.
She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles S. Archibald Jr., in January.
She is survived by her brother, Les Davis of Los Angeles; her sister, Audrey Jones of Paso Robles; her sons, Charles S. Archibald III of Oak View and Roy D. Archibald of Fremont; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Private family graveside services will be held at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ted Mayr Funeral Home in Ventura.
