General Contractor Named for Promenade Project

Irvine-based Snyder Langston has been named general contractor for the $40-million Promenade at Westlake shopping center in Thousand Oaks.
The 22-acre Promenade will contain retail stores, restaurants and a Mann Theatre complex.
Snyder Langston is constructing the center’s eight retail and restaurant buildings, totaling more than 142,000 square feet. Prior to groundbreaking, the company provided preconstruction services including budgeting, feasibility and constructability analysis, scheduling and value engineering.
The Promenade will be located at 4100 Thousand Oaks Blvd. at the intersection of Westlake Boulevard.
