Event to Promote City’s Attractions

The Mission San Juan Capistrano and the Chamber of Commerce will host the first “All County Chambers Mixer” next week to promote the city’s local attractions.
All 31 Orange County Chambers of Commerce have been invited to participate in the event, said Tom Facon, executive director of the chamber.
“We have so much to offer county visitors,” Facon said. “Although the mission is the third largest tourist attraction in Orange County behind Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, we need to showcase the other treasures we have here in town.”
The event is from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 11 in the mission courtyard. Admission is free.
