GLENDALE — A power outage interrupted electrical service for as long as 90 minutes in parts of Glendale on Wednesday, officials said.
The cause of the outage, which occurred at 10:51 a.m. and knocked out service citywide, remained under investigation although it was not believed to have involved vandalism or sabotage, said Tommy Wu, power management administrator for Glendale.
Wu said power was restored for some customers by 11:04 a.m., but others were without power until 12:21 p.m.
Authorities said there were no reports of injuries or serious problems because of the outage.
“Everything’s back in service,” Wu said.
