San Diego St. to Seek Jones’ Reinstatement

San Diego State said that it is preparing to ask the NCAA by the end of the week to reinstate running back George Jones, who has rejoined practice but has been suspended indefinitely since Sept. 12 for possible violation of NCAA rules related to extra benefits and dealing with an agent.
