National Realty Trust Purchase

Real estate office operator National Realty Trust said Thursday that it has acquired a five-office real estate business in central Florida and will merge the operations into its Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage unit there. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed. National Realty Trust was established earlier this year to acquire and operate residential real estate offices as franchised brokerages of the Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Century 21 Real Estate Corp. and ERA Franchise Systems Inc. chains. National, based in Mission Viejo, now owns more than 330 offices.
