Tickets go on sale Sunday for Bette Midler’s shows Dec. 3 and 4 at the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa. . . . The Coach House in San Juan Capistrano has added a Nov. 21 date for Slash’s Blues Ball, which will also be at the House of Blues in Hollywood on Nov. 22. Also added to the Coach House schedule are The Fixx (Nov. 20), David Wilcox (Nov. 26), Robben Ford (Dec. 7), Wild Colonials (Dec. 8) and Kenny Rankin (Dec. 28). . . . A Dec. 6 Hiroshima date has been added to the lineup at the Galaxy Concert Theatre in Santa Ana.
