In other Valley Pac-8 Conference games:
Grant 17, Poly 3--Quarterback Lawrence Monroy threw two touchdown passes in the fourth quarter for the host Lancers (3-6, 2-4) against Poly (1-8, 1-5).
Monroy completed six of 12 passes for 44 yards. He connected on a two-yard touchdown to Miguel Chavez and added a five-yard strike to Hector Zambrano.
Luis Escamilla led Grant with 178 yards rushing in 15 carries.
