Paraclete 28, Mojave 21--Dominic Washington scored his fourth touchdown of the game on a 44-yard run with four minutes to play, lifting the Spirits (6-3, 4-0) to a come-from-behind victory in a High Desert League game at Mojave.
Mojave (4-5, 1-3) took a 21-14 lead early in the fourth quarter but Paraclete tied the score on a five-yard run by Washington, who rushed for 266 yards in 31 carries. Paraclete clinched at least a tie for the league title.
Washington, a junior, also scored on runs of six and 15 yards.
