Bank Announces 2 Management Changes

Ventura County National Bank has announced changes in two of its management positions.
Denis Weber has been named vice president and manager of the bank’s Camarillo office. Pat Richards, Camarillo branch manager since 1992, has been named regional vice president for business development.
Weber joined Ventura County National Bank earlier this year as vice president and business development officer. He has more than 30 years of banking-industry experience as a branch manager, regional operations officer and human resources officer for major financial institutions.
He also serves on the Agoura Hills City Council.
Richards joined the bank in 1989. A Camarillo resident, she is active in several community and county nonprofit organizations.
