Brokerage Adds Offices

IRVINE — Belgravia Capital Corp., a commercial real estate lender and mortgage broker with 13 offices nationwide, has acquired Pacific Union Realty Finance, a 20-employee commercial mortgage brokerage affiliate of San Francisco-based Pacific Union Companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Belgravia is one of the country’s largest lenders to developers of mobile home parks and self-storage facilities. Pacific Union Realty has offices in Newport Beach and Seattle, as well as San Francisco. Belgravia Chairman R.J. Brandes retains that position and Robert Brunswick, a former managing director of Pacfic Union Realty, has assumed the role of president.
