Pacific Gateway Homes, an Aliso Viejo builder that has completed about 1,000 homes in Orange and Riverside counties since it was founded in 1989, is making its first move into Los Angeles County. The company recently signed a deal to purchase a vacant 32-acre parcel in Pico Rivera from the local school district, and plans to build 192 single-family homes on the property.
