Robinson Happy with Smyth

In his first game since being traded by Florida, right wing Brad Smyth missed on two shots in the Kings’ 5-3 loss to Chicago on Saturday. Still, Coach Larry Robinson was impressed.

“He created a couple of chances and took some hits,” Robinson said. “His willingness to stick his nose in there is something that I liked.”
